A superb squashy ball for Pilates
A large size Pilates ball - which likes to be quite squishy. I like it very much and have three balls - each is different and is useful for different exercises. I recommend it!

Ball is slightly more green than on the pic. You can inflate it as firm as you want. Material itself is low in harmful chemicals and is soft to touch and has guarantee of having anti-burst properties. Great addition to my pilates routine :-)

Good but difficult to keep air in
Difficult to keep air in after blowing it up. Good size though for different leg exercises. Will keep trying it. Ok value for money.

Ich habe den ProBody Pilates Ball für mein Home-Workout und Physiotraining gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Ball hat genau die richtige Größe und Festigkeit – weich genug, um angenehm zu sein, aber stabil genug für Übungen für Bauch, Rücken, Beine und Gleichgewicht. Besonders bei Pilates- und Stabilitätsübungen merkt man schnell den Effekt. Die Muskulatur wird gezielt aktiviert, und man kann viele Übungen intensiver gestalten. Auch für Dehnübungen oder zur Entlastung des Rückens ist er super geeignet. Der Ball lässt sich leicht aufblasen, hält die Luft gut und ist klein genug, um ihn überall mitzunehmen. Preis-Leistung wirklich top – klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die ihr Training abwechslungsreicher machen wollen!
