Great for syrups and ganache
Use for chocolate syrup chocolate ganache and chocolate brownies. I would have given five stars except it is a bit pricey. Would buy again however.

I use these bars to make chocolate mousse at home. Great flavor and the chocolate melts well. Those who have tried the chocolate mousse have all made favorable comments.

Chocolate - Unusable
Packaged well however bars have bloomed and the chocolate was pale upon opening. Not expired but blooming is indication of product heating up upon transfer.
