Fast install and great look
Worked great. My older modular home had junky clear plastic handles and were cheap. These are plastic, but seem well built. For the price and style upgrade you can't go wrong. only thing I had was center shower mount on old faucets were offset about half inch higher then these new ones. had to open hole some, but was easy to do. I just unhooked old ones, enlarged center hole, put new ones in and done in twenty minutes. Happy wife.

Fits mobile home showers
Of course this is not a high end faucet - it is for a mobile home. However, it LOOKS high end, it was easy to install, and it is compatible with mobile home plumbing. If you want a high end faucet in a mobile home, you are going to have to re-plumb. If you want easy and inexpensive, this is it. The handles turn easily, so it is super easy to adjust the water temperature precisely. We really like it.

Looks and works great in my "tariff" shower!
I had pipes replaces, so while the wall was open, I decided to change out the old crappy fixture. You can only do this if you have access to the other side (either cut the wall, or have a panel). It looks like metal, but it is all plastic coated with a chrome finish and weighs just about nothing. I didn't know they still made these antiques, but are I guess standard in some mobile homes. It's the guest shower, and I have a bookshelf in there with "tariff" items (food, coffee, cat food, toilet paper, enough for 2 years that I bought before the tariffs took effect, knowing they were coming. I've saved hundreds, but I can't use the shower until this tariff nightmare is over. The faucet is on the left somewhere!

Plastic
Yeah, it's plastic, but I knew that going in. I needed something fairly quick and this fit the bill until I get around to installing a decent replacement. Probably never. Chrome? Ugh! How 1950's. But, that's what I bought because it was the cheapest. I planned on painting it to match my bathroom decor anyway. And that's what I did. Primer, black and brass then clear coat and it's lasted a year. However, now that it's been installed a year, the cold water started leaking. It' very irritating to listen to drops falling from the shower head all night, but I fortunately had one on a hose so I could lay it in the tub. I finally took it apart to have a look. Loosen that little set screw a bit then the handle slides right off. Turn this ring counter clockwise to unscrew and remove it. Pull the cartridge out and hope you don't need a part. I simply cleaned the little rubber gasket? stopper? whatever, reassembled and magically the leak had vanished. I really don't expect it to last long before it starts leaking again so I'll go ahead and hunt down and buy that little rubber part. Easy to replace and it will save my sanity. If you need something cheap but functional then this is the ticket. Hopefully, you have an access panel and don't have to cut open the wall. Either way, it's a PITA to install. That's not the products fault. Just the poor design of your manufactured homes shower. Four stars because even though it's pretty low quality, it's done it's job pretty well. Just lost the one star for the leak after only one year.

May not fit
This part is for a mobile home but many are not 2x4 walled. so if you have thin walls the inlets will stick out too far and you might have a problem trying to trim them because it is molded plastic and is easily split. I was able to add a small shim to the access panel assembly.
