Awful taste and smell
This is hands-down, the worst-tasting thing I’ve ever mixed into anything. I’ve choked down some nasty supplements, but this takes the cake. i’m wondering if it isn’t expired or somehow spoiled despite having a good powdery consistency… it is that bad. Cannot tell you how it works because I have not been able to choke down a full scoop.

"Unflavored" Tastes Horrible
I've only been taking it for a couple weeks and it does seem to help with recovery. HOWEVER, the taste is horrible. I mix it with water and it's extremely bitter with a subtle smell and taste of burned coffee. It's almost undrinkable.
