Easy to use nice looking and clear window to see what is going on.

Needed a new microwave for mum and this one is an easy one to use. Good value for money, not too noisy. Cooks well and looks good too. Packaged well and delivered when they said it would be. Happy with product. and size as not too big just what was required for the space. Used only for heating and not for defrosting.

The microwave is good. I like the clear large LED time display. It is good to have a clearly visible clock. It does not take a 12 inch plate. It won't fit through the door. Might well take one 1/2 inch smaller, but cannot test this. We don't heat up whole meal leftovers anyway, so not important. I do have an issue with the turntable. It doesn't lodge itself into the base very well. This can result in the plate having contact with the door - no rotation. It can mean off-centre rotation too - not so much of a problem. If anyone knows of a solution ...

Large enough for most needs. Logical instant programs. The learning curve of how to use I found quite easy. Booklet that comes with it not very insightful or informative. I like the simplicity of the design.

Nice size for our worktop, easy to set up with the control buttons, cooks very well with plenty of options to choose from, pretty heavy in weight which means it ain't gonna move whilst in operation, the buttons have a nice feel to them as well.

Good basic microwave, but the plate will not stay on the centre rotation mount. Or, if you get it to rotate, when you take the food off the plate, the rotation rack moves so the plate doesn't rotate. Poor design.

Bargain at the reduced price. Perfect fit for out smaller cupboard where it sits in. Just take measurement as it states it is Compact and just what we needed.
