Mama Instant Noodle, Creamy Tom Yum Spicy Flavor, 3.17 Ounce (Pack of 20)

While I could go to the Asian store and get these a lot cheaper, these are well worth the price on Amazon. The broth base tastes delicate and natural not bullion-y. Noodles are the best in ANY ramen package I have ever eaten. You get the choice of adding spice and/or oil to the mix to suit you personal tastes. These are the ONLY ramen I will buy and eat. I keep regular ramen around for the grandkids since they aren't that particular, but I don't share my Mama ramen with anyone!!! These are the BEST!! Unless I am going to the area where my Asian store is located I will continue to buy off Amazon.

Great noodles delivered as promised.

I've been cutting down on wheat-based noodles and since I get ramen noodle cravings I found a good option with these rice noodles, which I like the flavor and texture much better than instant ramen. Make sure to get the firmness you want, rice noodles are better when dropped into boiling water, removed from heat, and soaked iuntil the firmness you wanted. If you hard boil the noodles they can overcook rather quickly and get mushy. Next, drain the excess water. Then add the packets. I also add Thai Peanut Sauce (commonly found in the Asian section nowadays at the grocery store) about 2/3 a teaspoon. And these instant noodles are very close to restaurant flavor. Great for instant noodles which are easy to add meat and veggies. Mama brand is good and I see other rice-based noodle flavors to try from them, next is Pho flavored.
