Lastek Hand Held Therapy Device Using Low Level Laser(LLLT) - 850nm, 940nm Wavelength Infrared Light

I love that you can give yourself your own treatments and not have to pay a Chiroprator or a veterinarian a fee 2 or 3 times a week to do what you can do at home especially with the Covid19 pandemic going on, I use mine ( I own 2 and this one is a gift for a good friend) for my neurapathy in my feet and find great relief at 10 minutes each foot. Very happy to have received this at a great price and very relaxed because I know that Amazon is very fair in their guarantee if there is a problem.

The device is super simple to use. I'm using it as I write this review. I didn't want to take pain killers to mask an injury I have, so I opted to try this product. The device does really work! It may take a little longer then ibuprofen, or acetaminophen, but it works! This device is a healing device, and can even be used with any medication, with no adverse reactions, or contraindications

This product did not help with pain but may have promoted improved skin tightness. It did not help with unevenness of tone.

Their machines are cheaply made. Mine broke after several uses in 4 months and this company will not work to replace it. It is junk. Many complaints and lack of customer service.

I just received the laser device. I am astounded at how fast it arrived. I chose the extra fast shipping through Prime and even though I ordered it yesterday afternoon, it arrived the next day before noon. Thank you so much to whoever was involved, I am so grateful! I just did a treatment on my dog even though I have no idea what I'm doing. I wasn't sure whether to hold it away from her or up close, but I watched a few Youtube videos on laser therapy for dogs and they all seem to hold it right up against the dog's fur. I will update if I notice any change in her. If you have experience using this yourself would you please leave me a comment with detailed instructions ~ how close, how long, do I move it around or hold it in one spot? I know some wrote that I should shave her fur but there is no way she is going to let me do that so I'm just going to have to do it above her fur. Update first day: When I first tried to use this, my dog growled and barked and actually bit me as I came near to her hind legs with the device. At first I used it without touching her. I watched some YT videos and moved it over her hip, down the front of her leg, and slowly down her spine. When she changed positions, I did the same on the other side. This time I found I could put the device right against her. Although at first she seemed apprehensive and barked and threatened to bite, the more I used it, the more she let me hold it against her. It's now an hour later and I can put my hand on her hind leg and pet her and rub the leg and she is not freaking out. I would have to say the laser did this after two treatments, one on each side. I am pretty amazed and will keep updating. Thank you again to whoever delivered this to me so quickly, in literally half a day. You are an angel. Update day 4: This thing is freaking amazing. I can tell it is soothing for my dog and it is bringing down her pain. When I started using it I wouldn't have dared touch her leg, after the first session or two I could pet her legs. During today's sessions I actually lifted up each hind leg and lasered underneath and she let me. I've been watching lots of videos on Youtube to see how vets laser dogs. This morning she almost ran outside. She's still walking slowly in general, but definitely seems in better spirits. I also have been using it on my own hip for pain due to inflammation from exercise. It really works. It may take a couple of 20 minute sessions and then it might come back and you have to keep doing it, but it really diminishes pain and fast. If you are wondering whether to order this, I would highly recommend it. It seems well built, it's easy to hold, it's easy to do, especially if you're lying down. I am so grateful for this device.

I've had laser therapy in a clinical environment and I have experienced similar results with this device except for the "oh the worsening and inflammation of your soft tissues tells me that it is working and we need to keep on using the therapy (this was in a clinical environment with a clinician "trained" to use their expensive device"; this is a clinician that had NO idea of that they were talking about. Excessive photostimulation can denature proteins and thereby inhibit cellular functions until the cellular structure can be repaired ... hence the acute exacerbation of the soft tissues. Needless to say, when used properly laser therapy can be therapeutic and I've experienced good results with this device with none of the "worsening" that maligned clinicians thought is a good thing. Minus one star for the inappropriately designed charging interface (usb to 3.5mm audio cable type connector); use of standard connectors would mitigate problems when users lose the cable. Edit: Could one overuse this device on an area and have negative outcomes (excessive photostimulation) ... yes; this is where appropriate training is essential.

Some of the photos in the comments section are for a different product. This product is what is advertised. It works great, my tendinosis in my shoulder is less painful and I only used it a few times. Buy it while you can.

Just opened this up today(recieved last week) and not sure if it works yet but I received a USED device! There was no protective film on the laser plate and it's all scratched! If I pay almost $200 for a product I expect to get one that's in a sealed box that's brand new! I desperately need this for my elderly dog who has hip pain. **Update** I'm moving this to three stars instead of one because it does seem to be working on my dog and I decided not to return it because it's too much of a hassle. still loses points for sending me a used device....when I paid so much. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS SELLER.
