i really liked this as a feature. My only criticisms of it are that it doesn't include a night light feature for locating it in the dark during the night, but that's for our home health care situation; then there's the difficulty prying it open (cheap toy-like plastic) to install/replace battery; and the cheapo feeling battery terminals. [unfortunately we had to return it because the Synlett system it pairs with didn't work for us, as the call buttons, like this caregiver clear button, use old school mechanical spring click switches that proved too difficult for our 91yo arthritic, vision impaired, stroke victim to press; we've since gotten the Retekess TH106 system with their large TH004 button instead and its working great --just wish it had a remote caregiver button feature like this; que the Rosanna Rosanna Danna: "It's always sumthin'."]

This item is very fragile. Love the call system, works during power outage, very nice. The residents at first did not like the size of the new buttons but have learned to love the ease of use. However, I just reached out to the company because the battery in the back of the clear button continues to come lose. Its very fragile and I have replaced it 3 times in less that a year. My staff are not rough so this should not be happening and no warranty is provided. Looking at the picture you would think it could be fixed but nothing secures the metal piece enough to hold the battery.
