I’m really impressed with the Liquid I.V. Sugar-Free Hydration Multiplier – Raspberry Lemonade. It works great and I genuinely feel better after taking it. The flavor is surprisingly really good too, the raspberry lemonade tastes refreshing and not overly sweet. I also love that it includes electrolytes plus vitamins, which makes it feel like a solid, healthier hydration option. Definitely a product I’ll keep on hand and repurchase.

The taste is strong. I would put half an envelope for 16oz. Of water.

I like to drink electrolytes daily to help me stay hydrated and to support my nervous system. This flavor is my favorite without the added sugar. Even my 17 year old loves it.
