I have to say I stumbled upon this cereal because I have a diabetic granddaughter. However I am the one that is most fond of the cereal and find it very helpful when watching my weight. It is a low point value for Weight Wathers which is what I religiously follow. I also find mixing it with puffed rice cereal and a bananna gives you more bulk and you feel quite full. I take them on the road with me as well. Very easy travel essential when staying in a hotel. I also love them for a snack. It's not the most amazing tasting cereal i've had but for the calories and taste it is well worth it. It's a bit pricey but I always feel like my satisfaction health and well being are always worth the cost. I continue to keep these in stock. My favorite flavors are the peanut butter and cinnomon crunch.

I originally heard about this product from edge from WWE. I thought if he’s convinced I might be as well. So I tried the cocoa puffs, cinnamon roll, cheese puffs, and barbecue. Each one is tasty. The cinnamon roll has a little bit of a chemical taste at the end but it does not overpower. The thing I was really surprised about was the serving size. Most bags of snacks are 1/4 to a half filled. These are about three-quarter filled. And it takes you a good 15 minutes to eat a bag if you are eating one or two at a time. I highly recommend these products. A lot of bang for the buck.

These do not taste well at all. I've had a variety of Keto type snacks / cereals and this so far as been the worst. Unfortunately I now have a whole box of these and no where to go with them

Basically the secret to how i lost the baby weight after having my son and then going into pandemic/lockdown/no gym life. The peanut butter, cookies and cream, and the coco are SOOOO good. And just helpful because i am such a snacker which is hard when you are keto as most snack foods are carbs (even healthy ones) so this is the perfect solution since its 1 carb and not full of fake garbage. I also like that they portion the bags out - i have seen other keto cereals and i dont even bother trying them because they come in a box like regular cereal. I would eat the whole thing lol. Gladly pay extra for the forced portion control (plus they usually have sales). I will say, to me at least, the fruity flavor has a bit of an after taste and the all the cheeto puffs just dont do it for me. But i LOVE the peanut butter flavor and eat them straight out of the bag, as an ice cream topping, or mix them with a chocolate milk for an amazing cereal treat. Literally the only way they could make these better is if they offered smaller to go packs of like 60 cals because honestly, each 100 cal bag is pretty filling and i probably would be just as satisfied with an even smaller portion controlled bag.

these are great flavor! its amazing how sweet they are and have such a low total carb count. i'll be buying more in the future, and trying their other cereal flavors as well.
