The Simplus headgear in medium/large fits well and holds the mask securely throughout the night. The material is soft and doesn’t cause skin irritation, even with long wear. It’s easy to adjust and feels durable. A good replacement if your original headgear has worn out—restores comfort and seal quality.

Fits their mask perfectly. Velcro lasted for a very long time (and I wear my mask very tightly). Good cost for a good replacement.

Effortless Comfort and Smart Savings
This is a weird review for me. I like it and it is exactly as advertised. The reason this gets 5 stars is that it was the same price I was paying after my co-insurance. I was paying my monthly premiums and then paying the same price or more from the medical supply company. It is nice that I was able to buy it directly from amazon with prime shipping.
