I used this black seed oil for maybe two weeks and I felt a difference with the nerves in my arms and hands. I stopped taking it due to the over powering taste. I tried mixing the small dosage in different drinks just to get it down. But in the end O just can't stand the taste. It is too strong and bitter, but I did feel the effects of it. Since I stopped taking it, my previous nerve problems are back. It's not ease to swallow and it smells bad/strong. It's a bit expensive too, it's probably worth it if you can take it.

This is expensive. However the quality of it is excellent although it’s very strong in taste but I love this product you only need a teaspoon

I was eager to try this much-touted product. On their website, it downplays/dismisses customers' complaints about burning the mouth/throat claiming "occasionally individuals complain." ..."While we generally believe that none of the various types of Black Seed Oils can cause a burning sensation in the throat..." ..."such incidents are not widespread." What a disappointment. I measured half of a recommended dose in a glass of milk. I mixed thoroughly. I gulped it down. ----Then the burning began in my mouth, tongue & throat. This sensation was quite uncomfortable & lingered for several days. Absolutely awful....AND frightening. I find it very dishonest for them to dismiss the burning 'complaints'. This bottle despite being over $33 went straight into the bin.
