Beware!!! Who is behind marketing? I order it while reading reviews and all 5 starts come up in the amazon site. I must return it. I got BAD headaches,, felt nauseous, and sick. I purchased 14 days ago and the return it's not going through. This feels a scam.

I have been taking this product for 11 days. I take one about 30 minutes prior to eating my breakfast. I do not experience any side effects. I stay satiated longer than before. I also notice a significant difference in my energy. I work 12 hour shifts in healthcare with no break. I used to hit 1 or 2 slumps during my shifts where I just felt exhausted. That has not happened since I started taking Max Shred. I feel great all day! The size of the pill is average, make sure you drink the full 8 ounces of water when you take it. There’s no taste. I’d recommend these but I just looked to purchase more and it says the product is not available and may not be available again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Only had for 1 day but took as directed and no side effects. I feel like it made me need to pee more but that may be the elimination of bloating /water retention. Ingredients appear to be all natural. Also I weighed myself in the morning, ate normal but did notice that my appetite was less than usual and weighed myself before need and actually weighed 1.3 pounds less. I've taken other weight loss supplements that promise appetite suppression that don't work so I truly do take the words at face value. Also contains caffeine and I felt no crashes throughout the day and I'm a person that needs a diet Pepsi or coffee at least once through the day. Figured worth the try. I feel like this can be a 5 Star but marked as a 3 star until I try it for longer to see if the results are consistent. If they are at the end of 30 days which will be August 15th then I'll come back to update the rating.

I don't know why, but I have taken it twice and each time it made me very dizzy and nauseous after about 20 minutes. So much so, that I had to stop what I was doing and lay down. The first time I thought I thought it was something else causing it, but then today I took it 30 minutes before lunch and I felt exactly the same way. I couldn't even eat my food because of how sick it made me. Not able to return it.

No results at all and this product has too much caffeine. This is why most reviews talk about all the energy people have but not so much about appetite suppression

I’ve been using this product for a month paired with dietary changes and exercise 6 days a week. In a month, I’ve lost 5lbs, which is something I couldn’t do with diet and exercise alone. It gives me a healthy boost of energy without the jitters and definitely suppresses my appetite. I would say, without a doubt, that this product is effective. I am hoping they restock it soon, I’d like to continue using it! Definitely worth the money in my opinion. I also enjoyed the raspberry aftertaste. Those ketones are potent.

Not a good product. Expensive and forest do anything. Didn't suoress hunger or cravings as I ate more taking them. Waste of money.

I just took one with the suggested water amount and my stomach hurt and I became dizzy… I took one more in the evening then I felt my chest was congested and my heart was a little racy. I threw them out. One thing good though is it does curb your appetite but for me, it’s not worth it.
