Sweet and sharp syrup good for kebabs, shawarmas, salads and cocktails. Very tart!

Bought two bottles now it makes dinners tasty.

Excellent product, this was a re-order. Love to drizzle it on salads, sometimes cook with it - depending on recipes. Lovely tasting, nicely made, lots of it as well - great offer now at 2 bottles, too.

This review is written on the consumption of an initial bottle. This bottle had a very intense Pomegranate flavour, as I had hoped for, it certainly appears to be pure Pomegranate Molasses as expected not a Pomegranate flavoured sugar syrup, so I think 10/10 for being what it should be. It will give many additional complementary flavours in many recipes sweet or savoury, it is an ingredient that follows of principle of less is more within reason so cautious experimentation will pay dividends.. One thing to note is that due to the process used to create this Molasses the heavy more flavourful components settle out to the bottom therefore a good upside-down shake will give you a near consistent suspension and therefore flavour across the bottles life. I did not refrigerate my bottle, as I thought like honey it might form crystals that may trap the flavour to sides of the bottle. I hope you enjoy a bottle should you choose to try it, as much as I hope I will continue to enjoy the bottles I will buy in the future.
