Worked for a week, sounded like you are underwater. Died, and won’t charge

These units were just what my wife and I needed to stay in touch around our property. Worked fine right out of the box. My only concern is they're a bit fragile looking so we're being a little careful with them.

Bad sound quality Batt last 3 days not the advertised.

I needed something for my wife’s mother who recently became bed ridden. It needed to be simple and similar to the hospital call button in operation. These units are the perfect solution. Single press to call, duplex operation (both people can talk at the same time without having to push a button th talk or wait for the other person the finish). The range seems really good. The audio is really clear from my mother-in-law’s bedroom in one downstairs corner of the house, to our room in the opposite corner upstairs, and our house has solid masonry walls. I can’t comment on battery life yet, but I’ll update if there are any issues. They are rechargeable, with a standard USB-C plug, with a charger and twin plug cable included. There are two small base units which allow it to stand on a night stand. (They are not charge bases though). The only thing that might have been good is provision for a lanyard. The units are compact and light enough that they could be hung from a lanyard, but there is no provision for one. Compared to all the others I researched, this is by far the simplest and best solution that ticked all my major boxes.

They did not work

Bought these when my mother broke her hip. They work from a good distance away. I can be out in the backyard or out at the mail box and they work. Very easy to use and charge lasts.
