Labor Day Bar-b-que was a total fail when my 4-Burner Char-Broil Classic BBQ was too rusty to run. It needed a Uniflasy Grill Parts Kit to fix it. I ended up ordering on Friday after the holiday. The kit comes with four burner tubes, three crossover tubes, four heat plates and three grate plates. The install is easy and the parts fit perfectly. It has a kit of small parts with cotter pins, washers, and Phillips screws. The instructions apply to several different models. At best, they're useful to remind you where the parts went. One word of caution: Save the brackets that hold the burner tubes. Also, save the parts for the ignition. The kit does NOT replace these. Just 20 Minutes after receving a Sunday Amazon Prime Delivery of the parts, it was ready for the test. I lit-up the grill and let it heat up to make sure everything runs fine. A half hour later, a Sunday lunch was ready for prime time.

It worked out. Not an exact fit but a decent replacement.

After many years of usage, my Charbroil 463436215 was showing signs of wear and rust. Specifically the grates were rusting through falling apart. I bought this kit to refurbish my grill and the parts worked nicely. The instructions were pretty clear and I was able to change out all the parts relatively easily. The one complaint is that with the crossover tubes, for some reason, though first two tube burners lit quickly, the third tube burner takes a while to light. It could be that there is a slightly larger gap between the tube burner and the crossover tube.

Got these to replace the degradation of the grates and heat plate tents in hopes to extend the life of our 10 year old grill. The covers fit perfectly but the grates are a bit small. They still fit but not as snug as the originals and slide around as I try to clean them. These will likely be good for another season or two but will still look to replace the grill down the road. Did not use the new burner or crossover tubes and cannot make notes to those.

Less expensive than a new grill. Extends the life of the grill for several more years. Easy to install.

I've got a heavily used Char-Broil 463436215 that's been around for a few years now. It's innards are better than new, I wish I could say the same for the rest of it. The included instructions were for a different grill, but the install was so easy no instructions were necessary (take out the entire interior works via the cotter pins and pry the igniter of the second flame tube then put the new stuff in in the same order you took the old stuff out, putting the existing igniter on the new second tube). If I had to make a complaint, I'd say the grill is maybe a quarter inch too small all around, but it still fits and works. Very easy to refurb your grill.

Grill plates were 1/4 ich shorter than original plates that came with BBQ. They move around more when cleaning. They are acceptable. Other parts in kit fit very well. Would buy again.

The parts fit my bbq perfectly. It is important to provide the exact make and model number to avoid disappointment. Once I replaced the old parts, it was like having a new bbq. Much cheaper than replacing the whole thing.

Precise dimensions, as described. Material quality seems very good and durable. 2 things to improve: ignition probe is not easily fitting to the gas distribution tubes like on the original tubes, this seems a design flaw. Other thing is, all 4 cables of ignition probes are at same length, where the further ones should have been longer than the closer ones. All in all, very good product so far.
