I have tried them all, this is the best. Crispy, tasty, healthy, fresh, doesn't get stale quickly, two ingredients whole wheat and wheat bran. I hope they never change it. Fantastic price and delivery by Amazon too!

This is one of my favorite cereals and I have trouble finding it in the store.

Bonus points for zero sugar, zero sodium, and high fiber. So healthy. Great for watching blood glucose and blood pressure. But tasty? No, with no sugar and no sodium it ends up rather bland. I mix it with a bit of other cereal, like Kashi or Puffins, to add some flavor.

It's so hard to find a good cereal without added sugar. This one checks all the boxes and has a ton of fiber. I've been really enjoying them with milk or yogurt. I think it's way tastier than other unsweetened cereals, like grape nuts.
