Maybe not for everyone
honestly was really hoping a lot based on the reviews here. but after taking this in the morning, empty stomach every day for 2 weeks, I cant really tell much of a difference. Im thinking to try another brand once i use this bottle up to see if that changes anything. Will also try upping to 1000mg for a couple days. Will update if I do notice anything.

This stuff is amazing, great energy and mental focus, for years struggled with anxiety , my nervous system is alot calmer now and i am a better person and father.. kids no longer stress me out like they used to .
