It stretches the lower back well.
It is easy to assemble, simple to use, and can be used without outside help. It is necessary to pay attention to the length of the product - it will not work for very tall people - it is not long enough.

Incredible spinal decompression
Incredible for spinal decompression, better than inversion table because I can do it for a longer period of time. I love the incremental stretch adjustment, works GREAT! Terrible directions though.....

Good machine, good price. Take it slow
Basic, but does the job. Good price. After doing my own due-dilegence and tailoring the straps to pull at the angles that I specifically needed to correct my neck and back issues, this has made more positive improvements for me than any professional medical care in 20 years.... study your images and some basic anatomy of what things should look like and figure how to achieve that, and you should be golden. DONT PUSH IT,

It does do the job
It seems to definitely do the traction like it says, it seems to pull more so on your lower back and then to the cervical area first before pulling traction on your mid back so the mid back does not really get traction if this is what you’re seeking, this contraption is not meant for a big person, It is good for petite people.

Don’t buy this table the instructions so hard to see can’t install it use the iPhone to zoom and take pics still can’t see it have to return it this is heavy have to drop off at ups
