How do you set the casio ocw-t150-2ajf to automatically change tokyo to la over night and does allow me to set it to la?

This watch has no way to determine where in the world it is, so you have to set the correct time zone manually. This setting determines which radio frequencies the watch uses to determine the correct time and the offset to UTC. If you set it to a time zone for which no transmitter is available the watch won't look for a signal (example: Sydney, Australia). A similar watch, the Casio Oceanus OCW-T200, can use either a Bluetooth connection to your phone or the Multiband 6 system to synchronize the time, which is useful if you frequently stay outside of the range of the time signal transmitters. When using Bluetooth the watch can use the phone to determine which time zone it is in.

Does this watch have a screw-down crown?

Just checked it and it does not have a screw-down crown. I love this watch, it is simply amazing.

Is the band fully changeable, or does the middle link jut out? Thanks!

Short answer is, Yes, it does have a middle piece, integral to the case, that “juts out” where the band attaches to the watch case. IMHO, it is part of the design and strength of the watch. This design is much stronger than watches that are not made this way. I don’t understand why anyone would want to change the band on this watch. Some watches maybe. The band is awesome and a good part of the cost of the watch. It is solid titanium, nicely polished, easy on/off the wrist and micro-adjustable without removing a link. The band is nicely engineered and expensive. Changing the band is throwing money away and lowering the value of the watch.
