It does a soft poached egg in 4 minutes and a hard egg in 8 minutes. Can do one poached egg or two eggs at once. If you need hard boiled egg for a salad just insert the egg(s) and it takes care of it for you, shuts down before the egg is overcooked. What a nice kitchen device!! Not impressed as a 120v product was delivered which doesn’t/didn’t work with UK 240v electricity. So poor product marketing for the UK. Electricity type supported not listed in the specifications

It worked once then didn't work again.

The product was extremely disappointing, and the seller failed to mention that it requires an American adapter. After just one use, the product broke, and to make matters worse, the seller didn’t even bother to respond to my review. Very frustrating...
