Hammer drill runs like new.

Order carbon brushes
Perfect fit. Always go OEM when replacing these. Everything needed to do a complete replacement except for the carbon brushes. Fixed my problem straight away.

Quality control lacks
The biggest issue was the fan on the impeller shaft. The flashing wasn’t removed so the armature would bind. After removing the excess flashing everything worked just fine. The quality control needs some work.
