Perfect for seasonings and recipes that require lime juice. TRUE CITRUS was founded as a way to answer questions: Why is everyone put a high quality, freshly squeezed lemon flavor in packet form and convenient for everyone? Today, the TRUE CITRUS family contains over 100 delicious and refreshing products. These include a delicious, moisturizing low calorie drink mix and flavorful salt-free seasoning blend. Review: I like cooking with fresh lime but most of a bag of limes go bad before I can use them. Freeze dried lime juice has a very long shelf life and is much more convenient to use. I put a couple of packets of True Lime in a Thai noodle dish and I also put 3 packets and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar in 20 ounces of water in a thermos, shake it, then fill the thermos with ice cubes to make delicious limeade. My favorite use is preparing dry camping meals, similar to freeze dried backpacking food but much better and much less expensive. Here's my recipe for a single serving of Thai Noodles. I made 16 servings today and packaged them for camping. The sauce ingredients are mixed in my KitchenAid mixer. All of the ingredients can be purchased on desertcart. CAMPING THAI NOODLES Noodle Pack: 3.5 ounces rice noodles (3-5 mm wide) 1 tbsp TVP (texturized vegetable protein) 1 tbsp dried crushed mushrooms 1 tbsp dried onion 1 tsp dried garlic granules 1/2 tsp dried ginger granules Sauce Pack: 1/4 cup coconut milk powder 1/4 cup peanut butter powder 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp soy sauce powder 1 tsp gochugaru 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 2 packets of freeze dried True Lime juice Crushed Peanut Topping Pack: 2 tbsp crushed peanuts Packaging Crushed peanuts sealed in the bottom of a vacuum sealer bag. Mix the sauce ingredients to form a uniform mixture with the coconut oil evenly distributed into the powdered coconut milk, peanut butter and spices. Portion into the middle of the bags and vacuum seal. Low pressure vacuum seal the noodles and other dried ingredients in a separate bag with the other two packets. Preparation Add noodles and other dry ingredients to 1.5 cups of water and boil. Cover to soak for five minutes. Stir in sauce pack and bring to a boil. Cover for five minutes. Garnish with chopped peanuts. Review: The plain water instantly become delicious after adding the lime powder. Convenient to carry it when going out.

I've been using the TRUE LIME Water Enhancer Bulk Pack for about a year now, and I can confidently say that it has become a staple in my daily routine. These little flavor packets have transformed the way I enjoy my water, and I'm thrilled to share my experience with you. First and foremost, what I love most about TRUE LIME is its pure, natural flavor. It's made with real limes, and you can really taste the authenticity. It's not overly sweet or artificial like some other water enhancers on the market. It provides just the right amount of zesty lime flavor that elevates my plain water into a refreshing, citrus-infused treat. One of the biggest selling points for me is that it's zero calories and unsweetened. As someone who's conscious about my calorie intake, TRUE LIME allows me to enjoy a flavorful beverage without any guilt. I can sip on it all day long, and it doesn't add a single calorie to my diet. Plus, it's a fantastic alternative to sugary drinks, which is great for anyone looking to cut back on sugar. The bulk pack of 500 individual 0.03-ounce packets is incredibly convenient. I never have to worry about running out, and I can take them with me wherever I go. Whether I'm at home, at work, or on the go, TRUE LIME is always ready to enhance my water. Speaking of versatility, TRUE LIME isn't just for plain water. I've experimented with it in various recipes, from salad dressings to marinades, and it adds a delightful citrus twist to everything. It's like having a handy flavor enhancer for both beverages and cooking all in one. In conclusion, TRUE LIME Water Enhancer has been a game-changer for me. It's a simple yet effective way to make hydration more enjoyable, and its real lime flavor, zero calories, and versatility have made it a must-have in my kitchen. If you're looking to elevate your water-drinking experience or add a burst of lime to your culinary creations, I wholeheartedly recommend giving TRUE LIME a try. It's been a trusty companion on my flavor journey, and I'm sure it will be for you too.

I hesitated to buy the 500-count bulk box of True Lime, but did it assuming I could return to a local Amazon Fresh if it were a true bust. Happily, it came in perfect condition. Glad I purchased this, given how much we use this product at home and how much the cost of all groceries has increased with inflation. I could not bring myself to buy more little boxes at the current price, so yippee for some bulk price savings. It shipped in a sturdy, semi-gloss, brand printed cardboard box about 4.75"x9"x7" with no outer wrapping and filled with loose packets inside. No extra bagging or lining, so no plastic to recycle. I shook nearly every little packet as soon as I opened it. All seem nice and loose with no chunky and no split packets. I counted out the first 100 because I'm that kind of nutjob, and wanted to refill the empty 100-packet box that fits my pantry nicely. Perfect. It looked like about 20% of the total, so I think the quantity is probably correct. The remaining 400 (I assume) fit nicely in a plastic, snap-lid standard sized shoe box. I think all 500 could have fit there. I'd recommend storage in that sort of thing, or a nice glass jar, unless you manage to go through these even faster than we do. As for the product itself, if you understand what it IS and don't confuse it for sweetened limeade or lemonade mix (also made by this company) you'll probably like it. Just crystallized lime and nothing else. I put it in seltzers, on watermelon, on corn chips, in guacamole, in salsas and salad dressing when I don't have fresh lime, to rim glasses for mixed beverages, and so forth. I've sprinkled it on key lime pie. A super-handy thing to carry for lunch at work or a picnic. Last comment: I've been super-happy with True Lime, True Grapefruit, and True Lemon crystallized citrus and would strongly recommend them as pantry staples. The only disappointment was True Orange. I only tried it once. I can't remember the seller, but it was third party and other buyers had also experienced clumpy orange packets with an unpleasant flavor. I thought the taste was reminiscent of Tang -- ya know, what astronauts drink. Betcha that box was old; possibly a fresh one would have been lovely.
