After reading the instruction, pairing with my Nikon z30 took just a few seconds. Tested it and no issue. Awesome remote.

Highly recommend this controller. Easy setup. Works great with no issues. Recharges through USB C. Battery life is very long. Works well with the Nikon Z series camera.

Easy To Setup & Use Wireless Shutter Remote for Z Series Cameras
I picked up the AODELAN BR-3 Wireless Remote for my Nikon Z7ii for when on the road. The little remote is pocketable, connects automatically after first being paired and works like a charm. I attached a video that shows how to pair and that it auto-connects after first being paired, making it great when out and about. The biggest thing to know is there's about a 1/2 second delay from button push to shutter release - so if you're shooting something extremely important, I'd recommend a wired connection as it's instant. Other than that, having an LED that shows which mode you're in, if it's connected or not, and the battery levels, it pretty much has everything you need for a wireless remote. It works with all the most recent P series cameras and the majority of Z series cameras, minus the Z8 & Z9 cameras. Overall, if you're looking to move to a wireless remote setup for your Nikon P or Z series cameras, I'd definitely recommend picking up the AODELAN BR-3 for your camera bag.
