I like using this, very user friendly, however to do some of the actions/exercises because the plate likes to tip. Not sturdy. Granted I am 5’8” so I know I have a wider stance but I feel it’s just not wide enough.

It is a great machine to use when you are watching TV and not using much effort but you are using some muscle. Of course you need to do other exercises also during the day.
