This is a good product cables are thick, charging speeds. Perfect functionality is good. Flexibility is good. Speed is awesome and it’s very sturdy.

This cable is perfect dor use in file backup/restore situatioms. The drive can sit on the floor out of the way and connected to one or more nearby computers. I have two computers, one is on top of a table, the other is on the floor and the drive, a monster 6 TB external sits next to it. I use Free File Sync, a free and open source backup tool to copy files from either computer to the drive or to copy them over. I never have to risk moving the drive. The 6 foot length means I never have to risk moving the drive to do transfers. I am routnely seeing transfer rates of over 30GB/sec as opposed to half that when transferring files to or from SD cards. Only problem I have is I think the drive-end connection is not quite as secure as I'd like, it apparently doesn't hold as tight as I liked, however I may have failed to secure it properly. If the typical 1' or 1.5' transfer cable supplied with an external USB 3 drive is too short in your application, I recommend using this cable.
