don't know exactly what it is about this product, but I feel better when taking it. I use 1/2 packet and mix into some carrot juice, then use a milk frother to blend it all up and drink it fast. Doesn't taste that good, but continue to use it. When I stop, start feeling droopy again. Use 1/2 packet per juice glass of carrot juice. What can I say, it does something good for me, you , try it and see.

I am so glad I found Seaherb Fucoidan on Amazon! It does what it says it would do. I realized I have more stamina, energy, pain in my spinal is gone! I am getting stronger! So I purchase this product thinking that it would help me with my arthritis and also to loose weight, but the only thing it did happen , was to make me go to the bathroom more often, my inflammation still the same and even though I started an exercise program, I steal didn’t loose any weight. I think the only one thing it did was to detox my body because make me go to the bathroom a lot.I won’t buy this product again😒too expensive.

On the first day of use,I had light diarrea . May be it is the way to flush out the toxin of the body. But it only happened for the first day of use. Then I just have one more bowel movement after that.

Take when I got a cold, and it heals.
