Great scooter. Bought for 14 yr old daughter. Very stable ride and has as advertised speed. While not advised, can ride a friend on and still maintains decent speed. Battery seems to hold charge well. Head light and brake lights are a bonus. Good price for what we use it for which is just getting around town

Got to say this is the worst scooter we have ever owned. On our 3rd one and have only a total of maybe an hour on it. First one on Christmas the tire broke on the first ride. Returned it and got an exchange. The 2nd one judt died no power at all. Returned it and got a 3rd one, which now just beeps with error flashing and beeping. Now have no way of returning.

Overall, this is a really nice scooter. It even has chroma lights under the base when riding, which i didnt even know until i first used it. One thing i will say is that it is quite heavy. Also, when it gets low on battery, it will go half the speed than normal. But I've been using it for a few months now and havent had any issues functionally. I also feel like the base is quite large.

Well built. Used mainly off-road by my daughter to get around our land. It performs far better than I expected and has no trouble going through grass without any loss of power. She loves the lights under the body and the being able to use the headlight in the evening. There is some weight to it, but as long as you don't on carrying it around, it won't be an issue. Assembly was a breeze, and being able to fold it down is useful for storing when not in use.

Pros Pretty great, had this for about 4 months. Runs great, drives fast, and battery lasts about a week or two without charging and goes a long way. Lightweight, I take it up to my third story apartment multiple times a day. Very water resistant, I go through puddles and rain all the time. It's very durable, I put this thing through hell sometimes and it's still chuggin great. Cons But the locking Bluetooth mechanism is not effective. It doesn't lock the wheels it just makes a beeping sound when you move it. You will need a good lock. This is not for off roading, the bell is noisy when you go over bumps because it's attached via spring. The back makes a weird noise when I go over gravel sometimes but it doesn't effect the driving ability. It's not easy to start by design I believe. I have to press down the start twice and hope it starts and if I'm not pushing off to gain speed then sometimes it just won't start. I get scared to cross this 4 lane street sometimes because it's hard for me to see how fast the cars are going. The ride is not very smooth if you have bumps in the road at all. My sidewalk is old and we have little earthquakes so if the sidewalk doesn't meet or I go over a bump you can hear the bell ring loudly because the spring moves on its own. I removed my bell because of how often this kept happening. The wheels have good grip but with the kind of road I drive on I may try to buy some with more track on it. It was hard to assemble too and the directions were a little unclear. The spring that is supposed to give me a smoother ride kind of works but not as much as I was expecting it to. When I get on it. It mostly crumples under my weight but I only weight 115 lbs. Overall if I knew I was going to be using this so much I would have bought something a little better but it's great for this price point. I think it's worth it.

Purchased this for Christmas. As it was too cold, we just got it out and started using it and it’s already stopped working. Can’t return it because the return window is closed. So frustrating. When you purchase something it should work as expected. Would not recommend.

So far it’s working great. Easy to setup. Just needed to connect it to my phone for the initial setup. My 10 year old uses it and he doesn’t have a phone. On some other brand scooters there is an automatic cruise control feature that kicks in when you start driving it which I think is dangerous… so I really appreciated that cruise control has to specifically be chosen to be enabled through the app which offers me peace of mind that I can keep it as a disabled feature.

It's very smooth the suspension works grate too for a 350$ electric scooter but I did had one problem folding it takes bit strength at first I wasn't applying enough strength thinking I might break it and also sometimes kick start takes bit time I had to adjust it in the app and kick start in lower speed like 3 or 9 miles sometimes doesn't work I usually have time take it to max speed
