First, it came quick and does in fact include the scrubber - wrapped tight in plastic with the product. I have used this twice since it arrived. Let me tell you something.. I have struggled with bumps on my upper arms, almost rashy-like breakouts ever since I gave birth. I have tried everything. It will help some, then return especially during a certain time of the month. After the first use I noticed and felt an incredible difference both in texture and appearance. After the second use, even more. This is legit folks. With Spring's arrival the stress of wearing short sleeves had me stresssssssed out. I am absolutely convinced that this is my answer.
