Frankly, I'm simply incredibly disappointed. I encouraged my family that Samsung would make great cases for their own flagship phones, especially at $85 a pop! I was deeply wrong and Samsung's Warranty team managed to shame me even further. It has been 3 months since purchase. I've bought two of these cases, white and grey. The grey one broke early on, but I simply wrote that off as a one time accident. Now that both have broken it's no wonder there are so many complaints and low reviews on this product. Honestly the case when not broken feels pretty good, as a silicone case should. The strap feels nice, but the kick stand is far too flimsy. It can barely bear the weight of the phone when unfolded and snaps off quite easily. Putting it back on is simple, but the mere idea of it snapping in a public area and losing the piece mortifies me. The manufacturers know this too because it's written in their disclaimer pamphlet. The weakest part, which has broken in the same area for most of the customers who had bought this case, is the front at the corners closest to the hinge. This piece of plastic is so thin and the adhesive, that is supposed to stick onto the side of the phone is so weak, that it breaking is inevitable. If anything I should count myself lucky since most reviewers had it break less than a month after use. But the real disappointment lies with the warranty team. After contacting them and informing them of my situation, they simply told me that it was due to physical abuse and negligence. Not something they are responsible for nor will provide any sort of assistance such as replacement or repairs. Samsung may make great phones, but almost anything outside of that is complete and utter garbage. This case is a scam as are most of their other products. Do not buy anything from Samsung outside of their phones. Your mental health will thank you.

Buena funda, al igual que las anteriores, la parte frontal viene con cinta doble cara, una vez poniéndola ya no se la quites o te sucederá lo que a otros en los comentarios, que se les "rompe" pero eso es por que la trataron de acomodar mas de una vez y la cinta obviamente ya no agarro bien.

Front case broke AGAIN. I'm disappointed with Samsung putting out such a poor product. This is the THIRD case, and last, that I have bought from them that the front piece has broken.

It fit my device perfectly. I'm not sure about the durability—my phone hasn't fallen yet, hahaha.
