Got this for ₹2,799. Good controller. Keys feel very good. Not a fan of the tactile shoulder buttons but whatever. The app does not support customization with this model. It can be used to upgrade firmware for the dongle and the controller. There are two extra buttons each beside the shoulder buttons. You can either assign them another face key. If you connect this to your pc/android device using Bluetooth, you can assign those keys some function depending upon the software. I use PCSX2, and I've assigned them "pause emulation" and "2x speed". You can switch to dongle or Bluetooth with a toggle switch on the back, which is awesome. The light on the power key can be a bit annoying if you're playing in the dark. One thing I'd like to mention is that the PC does not detect this controller as a "Generic Xbox 360 controller", and that can cause compatibility issues with some old games. (I encountered this problem in Lego Batman (2008))

Great controller really love the design. Good buttons , great accuracy, buttons are quite noiseless , compact design looks great. No flashy RGB. Simple setup. Works well

It's crazy awesome. I really like it. Button are super smooth and responsive, I don't see any issue with the controllers. Driver update is smooth and works awesome.

I bought the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C three days ago and after long gaming sessions, I can confidently say it’s a great controller for the price. Getting it wasn’t easy—I had to order twice because the first delivery failed—but it was worth it. It’s excellent for RPGs, story games, and casual gaming. The vibration feedback is strong and feels awesome while playing, adding good immersion. Battery life is impressive; I’ve charged it only once so far. Build quality feels premium and the controller is comfortable for long sessions, though some people might find the weight slightly heavy. Buttons, sticks, and triggers are smooth and responsive, and the Hall Effect joysticks and triggers are great for accuracy and long-term reliability with no stick-drift worries. Extra shoulder buttons are useful and can be remapped without any software. This controller is clearly made for PC gamers and also works on Android. It does not support PS5, PS4, iOS, or Nintendo Switch (a different version does at a higher price).It Doesn't Have Macros Or Gyro.If you’re a PC gamer looking for a reliable and feature-rich controller for 2700 Rupees(At The Price I Bought It), this is one of the best options available right now.I Would Say Go For It.PS:-I Gave It 4 Stars Just Because I Had To Order It 2 Times,Otherwise Controller Is Great.

This controller is a joy to look at. Simplistic yet excellent design with well thought ergonomics topped up with cool colour combinations. You'll not feel fatigued after long gaming sessions. Material is of good quality. Connectivity is great as well the battery life. R4 L4 buttons felt gimmicky to me. No macro buttons. But these definitely aren't deal breakers for me because it does what it promises to do - keep me engaged for long gaming sessions by making the experience fun. No comments on warranty and service. Amazing build quality better xbox controller. I have been using it on my laptop and android phone. Feels amazing in hand good adaptive triggers and amazing vibration.

I've been using this controller for a few months now and I'm super happy with how it performs. I've used other brands like RedGear and EvoFox before, but I think this one, the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C, is way superior. The build quality is awesome, really close to the high-end controllers. Hasn't malfunctioned in 2 months unlike the EvoFox ones I've used. Its as good as it gets, go for it!

Gets the job done perfectly. Does not face any wireless connection issues like my other previous controllers. Looks and feels good too. Only thing is that positions of macro buttons does not feel good to me with them being so close to LB, RB buttons can accidnetaly mash others.
