2ft LED Batten Light

I was concerned from reading reviews that these lights might be difficult to fit. They are not. However do bear in mind that the wiring is designed to connect to a central light fitting - and this is very simple with the supplied connectors. If you try and fit one or more unit away from the existing wiring then you will need to deal with exposed cables - some buyers I read here use ducting for this. They are not designed to connect one to another in line as some models do. The brackets (contrary to many reviews) are perfectly adequate, these lights are extremely lightweight. They are also very bright indeed; I planned to fit two 5ft units in my wife's studio (large single garage size) but one is more that enough and it looks very smart too. They're not expensive and I now have a spare for when the first one goes.

Replaced an old style strip light for my parents with this, super slim line, looks good and much higher light output. The only downside are the mounting clips and flex length, the clips are super fiddly to use, especially when routing the cable through the same channel they clip into. Would be helpful if the flex was 10cm longer as most strip lights seem to be centrally wired so when replacing it would have been nice for there to be enough cable to connect in to the existing ceiling hole.

Very pleased with these lights. Very bright and easy to install. I read some reviews before purchasing and was slightly concerned about the brackets as some said they could easily fall down. So just to be sure, I made my own brackets, 3d printed that allows me to secure light to ceiling. Pic attached of bracket I made.

Bought this light for my Garage. Was really bright and was a good looking light. Gave it two stars because it stopped working after a week or two. Getting a refund as was offered a replacement but would have to pay £10 postage because of where I stay. but plumped for a refund. Company was good to deal with

These lights were a second purchase after first company sent damaged. Cost a little kore for the same things but these arrived fine. They come with brackets, screws , wago clips for making connections and a long enough wire to allow enough room to put the lights. They are very bright once on and really easy to fit. Screw the bracket in and click on in 2 or 3 places. Very well built and look professional by doing what they are supposed to and lighting my garage twice as much as my older flourescent tubes. They do get really hot on the back so I have mounted then on small blocks of wood to prevent damage.
