I’m really impressed with the Dremel 4000-2/32 Rotary Tool Kit. It’s powerful, easy to handle, and works beautifully for all kinds of projects. You cannot beat a corded Dremel tool for power. Strong power at all speeds from buffing to cutting small rocks into slices. The tool is large and a tad heavy for delicate work, but its forte is in cutting and grinding not engraving glass. For serious cutting, grinding and drilling, you would have to purchase some diamond wheels and bits as the included accessories are limited. A corded Dremel should be in every workshop.
