When Amazon asked if I wanted this Joint Care Supplement for review, I had just overstrained my elbow, so I thought I would try it. The good news is, after taking it pretty regularly for the past few weeks, my elbow does feel somewhat better. The bad news is, I have no way of knowing whether that improvement has anything at all to do with the supplement, or if it's just normal recovery and my routine PT. Dietary supplements are really pretty hard to evaluate reliably, especially after only a brief period of usage. One thing I'm fairly sure on is that this one didn't cause any problems for me, so there's that at least. I will update this review if I notice my elbow get worse now that I've stopped taking this supplement.
