Loved this - if you are pre-diabetic - this is a natural effective solution to help - obviously combined with a healthy diet. I would love to come with a bigger quantity of pills inside. The price was fair though, I like it.

This worked pretty good curbing cravings but I did not lose weight taking them.

I was recommended to take this supplement for increased energy, cant say that happened but I have found that it has allowed me to use the restroom on an almost daily basis! This maybe TMI but i am someone that cant often remember when the last time i went to the restroom! And when i would it wouldnt be satisfying! Since starting this supplement that issue has resolved 10 ten fold. Dont waste your money on that Emma supplement that claims to do that. I got this for tummy help, it is something my sister takes and she swears by it. I am a vitamin fanatic. I take a handful of different ones and I swear they make a big difference for me. If they don’t I stop taking them. However I sm already noticing a difference with this one and I have only taken it for a few weeks. Sleep - 100% helping in this category. I have been able to fall asleep easier as of late and stay asleep longer. Energy - I almost always want to take a nap by mid afternoon and if I sm unable to I have a cup (or two) of coffee in my hand.
