Very solid and sturdy. Stable and aligned perfectly. Easy and quick installation. You bold down the two legs and the footpad. Adjusting the seat and back support is smooth and could do it with one hand. I’m 6’2” and the bench has good length that supports my head and still have like about 2” on me when laying down. Easy to fold and small enough to be tucked away in the corner. Now some people mentioned they wished they had a way of storing the pin when it’s taken out in order to fold the bench. I used a strong magnet I had for holding my pistol. I put adhesive on it and attached it next to where the pin is inserted. It solved that issue. I’m attaching a picture. Overall, legit!

Update: 3/5 stars I’ve used this bench a few times now. Truthfully, I kind of wish I had done a bit more research or just went for it and purchased a better brand. This one will do, but it’s not as sturdy as I would like. It’s not great for all bench exercises such as reverse sit ups. The seat is not fixed in place enough. The bolt provided to set the positions still allows the seat to wiggle if you put any reverse stress on it at all, making that movement in particular almost impossible. Hard to explain, but I hope that makes sense. If I hadn’t already bought this bench, I’d probably look elsewhere. Original review: We’re adding some gym equipment to our garage to make it easier to get a quick workout in. I used this bench for just a minute after assembly to test it out; it seems like decent quality. Super easy to assemble; it comes about 90% pre-assembled. Weighty so hopefully sturdy. The four base feet are adjustable which I find super nifty if you’re on a slightly uneven surface. I like the versatility of the bench; it can be adjusted to a variety of positions depending on the exercise you want to do. Overall, I’d say this is a pretty solid purchase. Only time will tell really. I’ll try to remember to give an update after a few months. Really hoping it lasts.

This is a great bench, very sturdy. I’m 290 and feel very safe on this bench. It doesn’t wobble like other benches. The only feature I’m dissatisfied with are the cushioned leg supports, because I am a weightlifter my legs are big and they are too narrow to use. Other than that this is a great bench, especially for the price. Also, the fact that this can fold and store easily makes it ideal as well. This is an easy to assemble item as well.

I've used this bench about 4-5 times a week for about a year. It continues to work flawlessly. It's high quality and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Has all the necessary adjustments for back and seat angles. Rubber pads keep the bench in place and the padding and cover are good quality and durable. No splits, cracks, or tears after 1 year of pretty heavy use.

I’m enjoying this bench. It was pretty easy to assemble out of the box, and only has 2 pins and two pullout stops to raise and lower the head and body…and also a pull out for the rolls to hold your ankles. It is heavy enough that it stays put, even with moves like a split lunge or step-up. It may not have as many bells and whistles as some other benches, but it is perfect for me and my needs. It is easily folded and stored in a closet or beside a bed. For the price point, this is a solid bench.

Excellent. Great value. It's very stable and strong. The space-saving feature is exactly as claimed. I am a big guy, 257 LBS, and it supports my weight and the weight I lift very well. It's wide, which makes it very comfortable, and it doesn't feel like you're going to fall off! Highly recommended, especially at this price point. Easy to assemble, and the angle features are also as claimed.

It's an OK bench, it's a little unstable, it adjusts very easily and it feels sturdy it just feels like it wobbles a bit. My main issue with it, and the thing that brought me back to write this review, is that it's just too tall. The product listing doesn't have the actual height of the bench listed anywhere, but from the floor to the top of the pad it's 20.5 inches. That's 3.5 inches more than a standard bench, and it really matters. As a result, I can't put my feet flat on the floor comfortably, and I'm going to be replacing this bench.

Well made. Very stable. Easy assembly and operation. Price is good.
