Second time buying this - first I tried berry flavor, now lemon- both taste great and the product dissolves well in water. As a menopausal, vegetarian woman I am always looking for more protein sources and am excited to find this as I'm not always in the mood for my protein shake every day. The flavors are however a bit strong so I use half a packet daily in about 12-14 oz water and am able to add my mushroom tincture and chlorophyll drops for a supercharged "tonic". Might be psychosomatic but I do feel like after taking it for 6 weeks it's helping my muscle mass - I work out about 4-5 times a week, only light weights, pilates, and cycling.

I am sure the product is good but I could not drink it because of the flavor! It took everything in me to get this drink down. Will not buy again. Flavor is terrible!

Our family loves this product, it dissolves easily, tastes great and the plus is the kids like it. It’s a great alternative to sports drinks with the trash in them.

Very bad product. Obviously it wasn’t stored correctly and humidity got into it making the powder rock solid and unusable.
