Bright happy fresh tasting juice. Works with everything you can imagine. As an addition in a drink, in a marinade, in salad dressing, in a ginger shot. Fun.

This was fulfilled by a company called TheNewMall. They sent lemon juice instead of lime juice. Their packing sheet gave an outdated customer support e-mail. No reply to my voicemail. Finally got through the next day to a rep who had no interest in getting me the lime juice and only was concerned about the return of the lemon juice. It took a long call with Amazon support to get a refund. I have used this lime juice for a while and it is good quality; note that for bartending it is a bit stronger than fresh squeezed by hand, but way better than the brands from concentrate.

I love and use lime juice all the time. Even though it is so much more expensive, I don't want the reconstituted from concentrate juice, because it just doesn't have the same flavor. This purchase, which was multiple bottles, felt pricey but in reality saved me approximately $2.50 to $3 a bottle to buy in quantity. I keep it in a cool dark place except for the bottle that's open, which obviously is in the refrigerator.

I prefer this by far for making drinks and recipes calling for lime juice.

I use this for cooking, but also straight from the bottle on vegetables, in salad dressings and more. The flavor is exceptionally good, I will keep this in my pantry from now on.

This i use for the best Cadillac Italian Margaritas i make using my homeade clean high orp value high ph alkaline water and ice. Have 12 bottles of it in fridge.

Ordered 6 of these for water kefir. It makes good kefir limeade. Arrived well as well.
