I love it! It’s like having a shooting range in your house. The laser fits perfectly into the barrel. With the target that it comes with you have to set it up with enough light to see the full target and it’s easy enough to see. The app tells you when you hit and where you hit. I shot pretty much all day and the battery is still going in the thing. The laser really stays inside the barrel and doesn’t slip out. It is the perfect set up to practice in your home and work on your trigger discipline. It’s easy to set up and fun to use with just you or a group of friends. When you pull the trigger the laser goes off and the app registers the shot. It is simple but you can’t beat the simplicity of how it functions. It’s simple pull the trigger laser goes off the app registers it and keeps a history of your shooting. Can’t beat the functionality of this gadget. With the two gaskets it locks the laser cartridge into the barrel and once the laser is pressed at the back it goes off. This works amazing and helps with your basic shooting skills.

Easy setup, amazingly accurate and just a lot of fun. Can't replace the range but really does a good job preparing you and pays for itself very quickly by reducing costs for ammo, range fees, and gas. Also frees up time traveling to the range and no weapon cleaning needed!!!

I bought this for myself for Christmas after all the targeted ads to get some trigger time without spending a ton of money on ammo or range fees. Pros - Easy to set up - Pistol laser was reasonably accurate - App worked decently - Price point Meh - The lighting setting for daylight did not work so well in secondary lighting conditions. It was sunny outside and all the curtains were open, but in a slightly shaded spot, the system did not register several shots. Moved to a brighter area and all the shots registered. I have not tried the "nighttime" setting yet - As others have said, having to re-calibrate after every session is annoying. - I have a hammer fired weapon, so I can do DA all day or manually cock for SA. If you have a striker fired weapon, you have to re-rack every shot. Cons - Shipping. I ordered this from Amazon on Jan 5 2025, and I did not get it until Jan 20, 2025. I don't know if it would be faster straight from the Strikeman site Unknown - Battery life. I do not know how long the battery will last or how easy it will be to get replacement batteries - Sighting in a new optic. Don't know how accurate it will be if I get a new optic, but should get me close. Overall, pretty happy with the system, but we will see how long it lasts.

I think this is a must-have for a gun owner that is not able to get to a range or to help a person learn proper handling in a safe way. This Strikeman helps to teach gun safety, aiming, firing, racking, and handling of the gun. Responsible ownership requires practice in safe handling and firing. The Strikeman allowed me to teach other adult family members how to understand, use, and practice without fear. The target and App provide accurate feedback with no intimidation.
