Definitely recommend it to other moms-to-be!
I’ve been using TheraNatal One throughout my pregnancy and I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to take (just one softgel a day), gentle on my stomach, and gives me all the essential nutrients like DHA, iron, folate, and vitamin D. I feel good knowing it supports both me and the baby’s health. Definitely recommend it to other moms-to-be!

Makes me feel pretty good.
I have been drinking this for over 3 months. I really like it. I feel energized. Feeling healthy and clean. I hope it improves my egg quality.

I wish everyone knew about this Prenatal!
The DHA levels in this prenatal are some of the best ones I’ve ever seen! Actually pretty incomparable to others. It does come in 90 days per package, which may be the only downfall if you need it for an extra month. Worth every penny! They don’t make me sick like some other prenatals do. The pill is on the medium-large size but easy to get used to!

Better off with 20$ prenatals
These prenatals made me feel like absolutely trash. I took them for 6 weeks before getting pregnant and had a headache every day and felt nauseous all the time. They are also super round, so they are hard to swallow. 0/10 would recommend.

Easy to take!
I had my fertility center give me a sample of these when we found out we were finally pregnant. I love how small they are, they are easy to take, and you can tell that they are good vitamins. They are a gel capsule and all you have to take is one a day!! I usually take my pill at dinner time so I don’t have a big gag reflex like I do in the morning time. I highly recommend these pills. You can’t beat the price either for a one a day small prenantal vitamin.

My favorite prenatal
I've tried various different brands but so far these are the best. I was able to take them while experiencing morning sickness. They are very easy to swallow and don't give me heartburns. I had been talking them throughout my whole pregnancy and now while breastfeeding. I recently took a vitamin deficiency test and was surprised to see that I have none. Even more, 3 months postpartum I still have naturally long nails, shinny hair and glowing skin. I'm very pleased with these vitamins.

Recommended by Doc
I was recommended to take these by my doctor. They are big pills, and sometimes have an unpleasant after taste, but I'm very happy with everything they provide me as a vitamin. I used these all throughout my pregnancy, did not have any issues associated with taking them with or without food, and I continue to use them post-pregnancy. I'm struggling to find a multivitamin that I like that will provide me with everything I need after I stop taking these prenatals!

Well-rounded prenatal that’s easy to stick with
TheraNatal One has been a solid prenatal option for me. I like that it combines the multivitamin and DHA into one daily softgel instead of multiple pills, which makes it easier to stay consistent. The formula feels thoughtfully put together with methylated folate, iron, and vitamin D, and it’s reassuring that it’s NSF certified. The softgels are a reasonable size and haven’t caused stomach issues for me, which is a big plus during pregnancy. The 90-day supply is convenient and feels like good value for a higher-quality prenatal. Overall, it’s a straightforward, reliable option if you’re looking for a comprehensive prenatal without a lot of extras or gimmicks.
