We gave this to our granddaughter this weekend for her 5th birthday. She has a brother (grandson) who is a few years older and they both were happy.

Learning Resources STEM Explorers Brainometry Classroom Set, STEM Toys for Kids, Brain Teaser Toys and Games, Ages 5 6+ This is a brilliant, educational learning resources game with safe, wooden blocks and cards with activities. The set is very large so it is better to get the individual set for home as these larger sets seem to be aimed at school teachers. I love that it requires critical thinking skills, enhanced reasoning and problem-solving skills. If done as groups of 3-4 at schools it would develop communication and team work skills. My little one loves solving challenges so ideal for them.

This is a fantastic educational toy that manages to be both fun and genuinely challenging. The set comes with plenty of brightly coloured, sturdy pieces that are just the right size for little hands, along with a great selection of double-sided challenge cards. The cards are brilliant for guiding play. Some are simple enough for younger kids to get stuck in straight away, while others are tricky enough to keep older children (and even adults) thinking. It can be played individually, as a group activity, or even as a timed challenge, so there’s a lot of variety in how it can be used. The quality of the pieces is impressive and they feel built to last, which is important since they’re bound to see a lot of use in homes, schools, or playgroups. It’s been great to watch kids develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills while still having fun, and there’s also plenty of room for creativity when they want to build freely without the cards. The sense of achievement when they complete a challenge is lovely to see, and it really helps boost their confidence. My only reservation would be the price. It does feel on the higher side, especially for the larger classroom set. That said, compared to other popular building toys, it still offers excellent educational value and far more ways to play. Overall, it’s a well-designed, durable set that encourages learning through play, and it’s something children don’t get bored of quickly

My son is 4 years old and he worked very well, in fact he is one of his favorites, I didn’t expect to be so attached to him this set , he's now sharing with his brother and other kids around as this set if for classroom and has 150 number of pieces , all the pieces inside the box are well made and good quality, educational values , plenty of colours and great fun for kids ! In my opinion it seems a bit overpriced I would suggest to be at least 40% less of the actual price for the classroom set!👍

This is a superb set to give your kids the best start. Much of life is spent online but this is super to develop motor and thinking skills. It also comes with a guidance brochure to prompt and help your kids to develop models and items. Loads to keep them busy! My only reservation would be the price but thinking about it, you are goiing to pay around the same for a popular lego set, and you'll get much more out of this, especially when you work with your kids. Recommended.
