I went into this completely blind I don’t know much about computers. I wanted to get a computer at an affordable price but also didn’t want to cheap it out. I saw the mixed reviews and decided I will take the risk. I just got it yesterday and so far no issues. It turned on perfectly fine and is running pretty well. I’ve been able to play Fortnite apex and Overwatch 2. I also tested it with vr headset and also runs pretty smoothly. It’s not the top notch end of the line but it’s a great starter. WiFi runs good with the antenna plugged in. Pretty quiet as well. I havnt figured out how to change the rgb on the fans but they arnt a bother. Overall great computer I will edit this post if anything changes.

This thing is a beast!!! Look at the specs!! Don’t pay attention to hate online. If the specs are good it’s good and this is a pretty damn good pc for everything you need especially as a beginner. Gorgeous download speed and graphics. The functionality is all there playing games and streaming. 10/10 prebuilt right here ladies and gents.

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER. It's overpriced and the usb ports don't stay connected to any device for more than 2 minutes. Unless you can deal with the disconnect and reconnect sound over and over and over again for months straight, DO NOT BUY. Only reason it's not in the trash is because I paid so much on it

Bought the R5-5600X, 1TB NVME SSD, 32GB Ram, RTX 4060. Paid $999 US. Computer arrived nicely packed, opened up and ran perfectly from jump street. Had to call customer service to get a key for windows, but they had me dialed in while I was on the phone. After about five or six weeks, the SSD took a crap. I called customer service and they had me take and send a couple of pics right then. They identified the SSD as one they had had several problems with, immediately appologized and offered me a replacement. During the replacement process, CS stayed in touch with me constantly, reassuring me that the issue was being taken care of. My new SSD is enroute now. I expect no issues. - ***UPDATE*** - SSD arrived in less time than they told me. It was preconfigured with a fully activated copy of Windows. Snapped right in like it was made just to do that very thing, and I was back up and running in five minutes. Easy, peasy, toasty, cheesy. Bravo, ViprTECH! This PC is not made with top shelf parts, but it does what it is supposed to do, and it does it well. I have a 55 inch, 4K, 120 hZ TV I use as a monitor. I can play Cyberpunk 2077 at 2560x1440 res, high detail, ray tracing on ultra, and get between 55 and 70 FPS, with the liquid-cooled system running literally ice-cold (55C). Not bad for a $999 machine. When I bought this, I needed two new PCs. I got two, for $2000. The other PC was a Skytech model I bought for my wife. She doesn't game nearly as much, so her machine has an RTX 3060 Ti. Viprtech is a new company. They are lean and hungry and doing good work to get inexpensive but capable PCs into gamer's hands. They are definitely a good choice for your next PC, especially if you need to get absolutely as much PC as you posibly can for every dollar you spend, and you want to buy from a company that will work to make sure you get treated right. Five stars.

This pc is garbage.. upon arrival it was packaged very well however it caused my monitor to glitch. I tried different cables and different ports as well using my monitor with another pc to verify my monitor wasnt the issue. Only one port worked but the pc still caused glitch. I swapped the gpu with another pc the gpu it came with was fine so the conclusion was the pcie port on the motherboard was bad or the cpu. upon speaking with tech support they want me to return the pc so they can fix it and send it back. They also use outdated parts. Mine had a cpu that hasnt been produced since 2011.
