Products arrived quickly. Appears to be a quality unit. Install was a breeze. Cleared imaging unit warning on C-480fw. Only tried black and white copies, but performed flawlessly at a great price! Would highly recommend!

I liked this multi-function unit. It served us well for years but then it started printing out paper that was streaked with mostly black toner. I went on YT and found that this can be an issue with toner buildup but that did not resolve the problem. I was just about ready to call it quits - but after finding out Samsung sold their printer business off I got a jolt. Replacing the imager is easy and I figred it was a lot cheaper than buying a new unit. I did go through the exercise of blowing out all the toner crap that was in the unit but so far so good. The test print looks like new.
