Doesn’t break when dropped
So much better than a handheld remote! I use my remote every day in my classroom and if I drop this one, it doesn’t break. I went through way too many broken-because-I-dropped-it remotes before I found this one. Life saver!

It’s a good product; the battery lasts a long time. I use it nonstop from Monday to Friday, and it's very lightweight.

Bad performance
Once I changed it doesn't work even five minutes. It asks me again to change it

Waste of money. Do not buy unless you use a Japanese keyboard or an extremely specific keyboard type.

Pairing via bluetooth is a pain in the .... Finding directions for is a joke too. Would never buy this again.
