These have been fantastic for my mom. She has "tremors" and struggles with regular silverware. This is my second purchase of these. They are wider and heavier so she's able to hold them and continue feeding herself. Otherwise, with normal silverware, she can't get the food to her mouth. They're not flexible, so she has a solid utensil and keeps the frustration to a minimum at mealtime. The best part is that they're not the $40, $50, and up price. These are a great value that do the job.

Bought for my father in law who struggles with arthritis and neuropathy in his hands. He was struggling with regular silverware. My sister-in-law bought him his first set. He asked me to buy him a couple other sets so he would have a few utensils without them having to wash them every single time or if they were in the dishwasher. He finds these very helpful at meal time.
