Arrived before estimated. Was easy to put together once we figured out what size adapter we needed for our water line to hook up to water. Makes ice very quickly and is not noisy. Capacity is exactly what I needed. It holds a whole regular cooler full of ice! Ice scoop that is included is also the perfect size.

Works great plenty ice for what we use and quiet and affordable

Has 2 settings, small and large ice. The large cubes last a lot longer then the small, and does so quickly. Only makes 9 at a time so good for one or two people but probably not a big family. Really easy to figure out how to use it, easy to move and if you have to buy bags of ice you'll get your money out of it quickly. A bit loud but works really well especially for the price.

The ice maker works great! It produces a lot of ice, and it does so quickly. Requires some installation work. It has a gravity drain and the outlet is on the lower portion of the unit -- so if you do not have a floor drain, you will need to build a small pedestal to elevate the ice maker and install a condensate drain pump. I was able to re-use the wood from the packaging to build the pedestal... I installed an in-line filter on the supply side.

We bought this for my sister-in-law‘s wedding. It worked perfectly for us to make ice ahead of time and bag it up to store in our big freezer. It also kept up throughout the night as everyone was drinking. We did the math on how many bags of ice we would’ve needed to buy for it to pay for itself and it did within two months. We’ve been very happy with it!

Received the Ice Maker and set it up a week later per the instructions being sure it was level and had no leaks. It cycled a couple of times not making any ice and then had an E5 error. Cycled power again and the inside metal ice making plate was very hot and heating up the entire ice compartment. Disconnected power and water and contacted support and I am waiting for a response, but that may take a couple of days. Hopefully something simple and not just another cheap Chinese made product that's a waste of money.

Writing this review after 2 months of use with absolutely no issues. This has paid for its self in just 2 months!!! The ice is great and made fast. Would buy again.

Had issues with the unit not working. Customer service was responsive, but their solution was to refund me a partial payment and have me find someone to repair the unit myself. I ended up doing that because it was too much of a pain to send back.

Credo sia un buon prodotto, ha la maniglia cosa molto comoda dato che si deve spostare per far sgoccilare dopo l'ulizzo ,ha 2 grandezze per fare il ghiaccio , in 7 minuti fa 9 cubetti , consiglio acqua di frigo anziché temperatura ambiente così i primi non verranno sottili, spedizione veloce, arrivata una settimana in anticipo

I cannot stop the water from leaking. Thought it was drain line issues but rerouted the drain line and elevated the machine but still water running out on my cupboard. After close inspection I see it’s coming from inside the machine… can’t use like this it’s going to ruin my cabinets. If I have the unit off and dry and pour a cup of water in it runs 3/4 of it goes out the drain line and a 1/4 runs out the bottom of the unit

cubetti piccolissimi, si sciolgono immediatamente. Impossibile crearne quanto basta per un cestello; solo uso immediato per un bicchiere. Indicato su presentazione consumo 105 W invece sono 150.
