I just wanted a squeezing ball, I like to press it every now and then when I am at work. I had a rubber one that got destroyed, so I made a search and got to this product. The hardness and the touch are just right, I became addicted to this product. In addition, they send you a PDF guide with hand exercises. I am developing arthritis in some of my fingers, so this is very good. Great product and great company!

Great little exercise ball. The logo wore off pretty quickly, but the ball is solid and just-the-riight firm, fits the hand well, and great for working the fingers and the hand. I've been squeezing it a few hours per day for a couple of weeks, and it's good as new. It does not seem to excessively pick up dirt or oil from the hands, and I'm sure i could clean it if necessary.

I purchased this product in the hopes that it would stop me from biting my nails so much. For the most part, it's worked. It's a nice squishy ball. A little firm, but I guess that's good if you're buying it as an exercise device. The white lettering will peel off almost immediately, but that's not really a big issue. I kind of like it better perfectly smooth anyway. The fabric covering whatever it's made of is good quality.

Pulled a muscle in my hand at work and after trying other sand filled bags or other gel balls that felt nasty in my hand after a while, I bought this and it got me back to normal. Started after my hand hadn’t recovered on its own after two or three weeks so I had to try something. Used it daily whenever I had time but not for any long period of time maybe five minutes max per session. Just felt out how much I could handle and after a week and a half-ish I was back to normal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I bought one for myself, and was immediately satisfied with its feel, weight, and size. I haven't really put it down on my desk for any longer than it's in my hands. After a week, I bought more for my parents who complain about arthritic hands. I knew that if it works on my hands to loosen them from any tension, that they are comfortable enough to help their hands. I'm so impressed by them, I've asked our company's branding supplier to quote us gel stress balls with our logo on them. So I'm writing this week two into owning one myself. This should tell you to try it for yourself.

Great ball! The ebooks are very helpful with their specific details for exercising using the ball and with separate hand exercises included. I am recovering from carpal tunnel and distal radial surgery. The exercises also help with the arthritis in my fingers. Thanks for a great product by a conscientious company!

These are amazing for squeezing/stress release. The size is perfect in your hand and they're sturdy. I was disappointed that one of the balls had stitching come apart the first day I used it, but the other one has held up well. Also, if the writing on the ball bothers you, don't worry. It peels off with enough usage and then the stress ball is smooth all the way around except for the stitching.
