Love love love this!! I use this for work daily. Holds a laptop and iPad. I have gotten so many compliments. Someone even asked if this was one of my Portland Leather bags. The leather straps are enforced so they don’t wear out. Worth the money especially with the coupon.

I was surprised by the quality of the leather. It has great storage capacity. I would definitely buy this again. I’ve received lots of compliments for this bag. It’s not my daily but could easily be one.

Honestly, the other reviews were super helpful in guiding me to this bag, but man, after spending a few weeks traveling extensively, I can say that without a doubt this bag is worth at least $300. Over the years I’ve owned, loved and divorced a few great tote bags, two from Tumi, a Longchamp, a Louis Vuitton and a Chrome Industries tote. I love tote bags, be they haute couture or no couture, pricey or inexpensive. The color of the leather is perfect, and matches well with a range of leather shoes and boots I own. The thickness and sturdiness of the leather actually surprised me. And it’s REAL cowhide. You can smell it. The included pouch is a great bag on its own. The padded bottom insert gives the bag some shape and stability. While I like the handles overall because they are comfortable to hold, I wish they were just a tad longer so they would more easily sit over the shoulders and arms of fall/winter jackets. Again, this bag survived transcontinental travel, in and through security, and overall it performed super well. This is my new everyday, every occasion tote.

I ordered this bag in preparation for attending a conference and I fell in love. I couldn’t decide between black or brown, so I got them both and I am really pleased. There are a couple of different style varieties in this same listing, so make sure you carefully review the pictures so you get the bag you want. Some of the bags have a zippered pouch that you can put in the unlined bag, which is open at the top. I opted for the bag with fully lined interior and zippered top. There is a price difference, but for me that style is best for the purposes for which I am using the bags - work. There are several smaller internal pockets as well which are great for storing pens, keys, business cards, etc. I didn’t bring my laptop to the conference, but the laptop pocket was more than adequate size and is nicely separated from the main compartment with velcro strap closure in the bag. I used the laptop pocket to store files and conference materials which helped keep things organized. Lots of room for other essentials like wallet, toiletry/essentials bag, phone, charging cables, etc. I got a lot of compliments on this bag from other people at the conference. Beautiful brown that I think will get better with age and take on an even more rustic look.

I have been debating ordering a similar bag from a well known luxury line for a new work bag- and I decided to try this bag (and save $100). It came out of the dust jacket smelling of leather. It is clearly a well built leather bag. It was really dry though so (like they recommend) I grabbed the 4-1 leather conditioner and after the first time it already looks amazing! I plan to do it at least one more time in the next 24hours. It looks like the bag I picked up back in Italy (which after years of abuse finally fell apart). Its a fits everything bag for sure! The ability to keep or remove the inserts is nice. Also the extra strength added to the straps via the braided fabric might not seem important- but as someone that has broken many expensive designer brands is everything! (Again I am hard on things) one more hit with the conditioning treatment and this beauty will beat out any of those- an obvious reason for the great price is that it isn’t all one piece of leather rather its stitched which I personally like from an aesthetic stand. For under $80 can’t be beat! Stop reading by the bag and some good leather conditioner! Update: 5 years since & its STILL my Daily work bag! Little leather cleaner and its beautiful! Best bag I have ever bought!

WOW! Eine hochwertige und stilvolle Tasche für verhältnismäßig "kleines" Geld. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und überrascht. Das Leder ist dick und wertig, die Verarbeitung top. Schlicht und einfach nur schön. Zudem passt eine Menge in die Tasche rein. Ich bin Lehrerin und all meine Hefte, Ordner und Bücher finden darin ohne Schnick Schnack Platz - jetzt müssen nur die Schulen wieder aufmachen (Corona). Solange dient sie als Shopper.... Fast 4 Jahre später (Oktober 24) ist die Tasche immernoch täglich im Einsatz. Sie sieht immernoch sehr gut aus, ohne Verschleißerscheinugen (und sie ist zum Teil wirklich schwer beladen) . Ich werde oft auf sie angesprochen und möchte sie nicht missen. Würde sie kaputt gehen, würde ich sie sofort nochmal kaufen!

Absolutely love this bag. Iv never bought a bag on line before so I was a bit worried. But it’s the perfect size that I wanted, the leather is good quality and the extra compartments in side are an extra bonus. I’m going to have this bag for a long time
