Great for long runs!
This stuff has gotten me through several ultras chafe free. I love how smooth it is and that it’s a role on. It’s so easy and clean to reapply in the middle of a race, but honestly doesn’t have to be reapplied that often either. Total winner and my go-to!

Greatest chafing protection ever
I run 1/2 marathons and have forever suffered from chaffing around the jog bra on longer runs. I learned to tape up my body with RockTape to keep it from happening. This Toms Sportshield is amazing. By far better than body glide. I use it instead of the RockTape for most runs. Still use RockTape for the races - perhaps that's psychological. It will leak if you lay it on the side so always store it standing up and put in a baggie if packing in luggage. I now buy their wipes when I travel out of town and they work fantastic.

Best glide I have used
I love the roll-on feature, it does not get all over my hands. I primarily use this to stop chafing with my wet suit. I used to get horrible wet suit burns on my neck. No more this this product!!! I highly recommend!
