MISLEADING TITLE. ONE PIECE NOT 10
It said that it is a case of 10, but all I received was 1 piece, 37 dirhams for ONE PIECE OF RAMEN NOODLES. CANT EVEN RETURN IT!

Finally a healthier option for ramen. They’re very tasty and guy friendly. A must try.

So I love these noodles a lot. I have food sensitivities and these noodles don't upset my stomach. They have a great texture if cooked properly. I read that some people consider them bland but that's why you should add your own seasonings along with the spice packs it comes with. I use the noodles as a base for meat, vegetables and broth. After they are cooked the water is quite starchy in appearance. I pour that off and replace it with a clear, seasoned broth. I add the flavor packs along with onion and garlic powder, paprika, green onions, spinach, etc... and meat. It's absolutely fantastic! They seem small in size but are quite fulfilling once done.

I was looking for a gluten free ramen for something light to eat when my stomach was feeling sensitive. I liked the ingredients, and that this ramen had fewer carbs than another GF brand. It was tasty, but a bit bland. I added a few drops of GF soy sauce and fish sauce, and that punched up the flavors perfectly. A few tips: It took 6 minutes, not 4, to fully cook the noodles to al dente. At 4 minutes, the noodles were very hard. Also, I did not add the flavor packet to the boiling water, only the noodles. Once the noodles were ready, I removed them from the water to my bowl, and then added only a very small amount of the boiled water to the bowl. Again, to avoid diluting the flavor packet flavors. That proved to be the right move. Finally, the product looks a little different than the picture. Instead of small red and green flakes, there are larger green flakes of seaweed, and tiny red flakes much less visible. This has no bearing on flavor or quality, just info for people who are visually aware of their food like me. At the end of the day, I really enjoyed this noodle, it has fewer carbs and a bit more protein than other GF ramens I've tried, and it only took a very little bit of added seasoning to make it taste exactly how I wanted it to. I even added a small dash of sesame oil, just for fun, which worked nicely. Enjoy!
